The Leicester Regeneration Company (LRC) has put into action a masterplan to carry our 5 main project to kick-start the redevelopment of the city of Leicester . They include:

The masterplan

Leicester City Council (LCC) and the LRC are extremely keen to physically develop the city centre of Leicester in order to attract investment and interest to sustain and improve the future of the city.

The masterplan consists of 5 key projects:

• Creating a new business quarter
• Creating a science & technology park
• Widening the city’s retail core
• A new residential community
• Developing the waterfront

The Bowbridge Group finds itself in a unique position in that two of the properties in its portfolio are in geographical proximity to area that the LRC and LCC have designated for some of the key projects mentioned above. Both St. John’s Street and St. Augustine Road have been identified as potential sites for waterfront development, new residential communities and retail core expansion.
